I’ve never been one to call out sick out of work. I like to save my PTO days for important things—-like traveling. I must have miscalculated somehow because I now have 13 days of PTO that expire at the end of this month. How the hell did this happen?
I looked up a few flights to see where I could go at last minute’s notice.I had some interesting choices, but in the back of my mind all I kept thinking was..do I want to spend money or make money?
My first staycation was filled with both laziness and productivity all wrapped into one.
Let me explain.
I’ve been waking up late, and spending my sweet ass time on my couch, binge watching Parks & Recreation. I started to rewatch it, and two days in I’m already up to season 4. What is life? In my defense, at least I was drawing the whole time.
I ended up finishing 3 personal drawings and 2 commissioned illustrations. Yay me!
So naturally, I have to share with you guys. (the rest will be shared in their respective posts)
This pink haired beauty has me jealous with her cute little jean romper. I wish I could pull off cheeky little shorts like this, but the way my bum is set up (Kevin Hart voice)
She also makes me miss all of my colorful hair. I recently shared a collage on ig if you guys want to see it HERE. I’ve been thinking about purple hair a lot, but right now that’s not going to happen. I need to focus on keeping my hair healthy first!

I didn’t know that when I finished this piece I was going to be drooling over her shirt that way. Sometimes I surprise myself with the things I create, and the see-through blouse she’s rocking, needs to be in my closet, like yesterday!

I secretly love 10 minute photo sessions. When you do something right, there’s no need to stay there longer than needed. My cousin Sasha and her family has been growing non-stop these past few 4 years. I’ve photographed a couple of her milestone (clink on the events below to see) and this was no different, now that she’s expecting baby number 3.
Contrary to the pictures because of all the pink, she’s expecting another boy! Dad Ramgy was hoping for a girl, but Sasha was pretty content knowing she was going to be the only queen in the house!
