Policies + Procedures

General

•Photography services are often a subject art and the Photographer has a unique vision with an ever-evolving style and technique. The Client has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Milli Stephania Photography’s work and has a reasonable expectation the photographer will perform the services in a similar style + manner.
•Every client session is different, with different tastes, styling, budgets + needs. Editing is done at the discretion of the Photographer, where she will perform her artistic judgment when editing.
•Dissatisfaction with the Photographer’s aesthetic, judgment, or artistic ability is not a valid reason for termination or for a refund.
•Once a portrait session has been performed, your session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time + skills invested by Milli Stephania Photography.
•No order or services will be redeemed by the client until paid in full (via cash, cash, or credit) No blog posts and social media sneak peeks will be posted until all payments are made.
•Online galleries will be available for 30 days and an additional $50 archival retrieval fee may apply after 30 days.
•Images may take 2-14 business days for delivery. Weddings can range up to 7 weeks.
•If you arrive late to a session it will result in the loss of time to get the best images possible.
•All clients are required to sign a contract before their session.
•If the Client wishes their photographs to be private and not shared online, the Client is responsible for telling the Photographer said request BEFORE this agreement is signed, so it can be included in your contract.
•Any additional time rendered outside of the discussed package, may be billed and sent to the Client based on the Photographer’s Standard Pricing List.
•Mini Sessions are offered at a low rate because they are scheduled within a tight time frame. Your investment comes at a low cost of time + convenience to the photographer. Locations and timing will not be changed once determined.
•If the Client does not make full payment within 30 days of the session, the non-delivered gallery will then be deleted and fees paid that were non-refundable will be allocated towards fees to cover services time spent at the session and editing. The photographer is not responsible for delivering galleries to clients after 30 days after no payment has been received. No exceptions.
•It is understood that Milli Stephania is the exclusive photographer retained to perform photographic services requested on the contract. No other photographers or 3rd parties are permitted to provide similar services on the day of the session, paid or unpaid. Cellphones + mobile devices are restricted to only capturing behind-the-scenes footage.

Rescheduling /Cancellation

•Photographer understands weather, fatal illness or any other reasons may cause the Client to reschedule the event. The client will not be charged a penalty for rescheduling the session provided at least a 48-hour notice is given. If the Client advises and cancels less than 48 hours before the session, the Client understands and agrees that a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied, due to the loss of securing a date that could have been given to another potential client.

Digitals

•Due to the digital nature absolutely no refunds are given for digital products.
No refunds will be granted once the client downloads image(s) from their gallery. Any dislikes from editing need to be communicated before the client downloads any images.
•After images have been downloaded, no re-editing will be granted.

Portrait Sessions

• A 30% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session. Milli Stephania Photography will not reserve a date or time without your retainer. The remaining balance can be fulfilled on the day before or on the date of your session.
•All clients are required to sign a contract.
•You are responsible for all wardrobe + props for your session. Milli Stephania can assist with options to purchase if needed. All photography equipment + lighting will be provided by Milli Stephania.
•Client has the option to choose their favorite images. The number of images varies on the package chosen by the Client. Additional images can be purchased for additional investment.

Weddings + Events

•A 25% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session. Milli Stephania Photography will not reserve a date or time without your retainer. A payment plan is offered for Weddings + Events upon request. Payments can be divided into 4 payments. Final Payment is required no later than a week before your event date.
•Milli Stephania strives to have your event images ready to view and order within 6-7 weeks after your event date. However, due to the level of attention we provide to your images, your wait time may be longer. I appreciate your patience.
