Lazy Sunday, especially when we were supposed to leave the house earlier than we did. The plan was to go shopping for Christmas presents. That plan derailed as soon as in conversation about Chris’s goddaughter, he instantly remembered one of his baby cousins was turning 1 today. I’ve known Julio, the dad since my junior high school days, so it was nice to see him and meet his beautiful girls. After the leaving the “Frozen” themed birthday party, I went to go snatch up my baby brother Jeremy.
I saw baby, like this boy isn’t grown. He’s taller than me and has the voice as a grown ass man. He’s so handsome, I swear he’s growing up way too fast.
Shopping was done in a hurry, and it felt like we took more time drinking fruit shakes and eating sandwich pizzas. Chris had the brilliant idea of playing mini golf, and that’s just what we decided to do. I mean, we were debating go kart racing and lazer tag… but next time, next time…trust me.
Mini golf was super cute, everything was pitch black with a whole bunch of obstacles in neon uv paint.. my kind of expectations! hahaha
I’ve been meaning to make some uv painted canvases and body art, maybe this was just the inspiration I needed.

After work, I trooped it to the Bronx and headed to Tuff City.
I couldn’t pass up on getting my share of the special, $13 tattoos in honor of this superstitious day.
I was all in, and there was nobody better than to go to Ozbe himself.
Of course there was a flash sheet to choose from and I of course had to customize mine.
I picked one thing from two tats and asked to blend them together.
Lucky for me, they had no problems with it.
I ended up with this tiny little bad boy and I loved it.
That green popped, love neon!
I got a second tiny tat near my inner arm, which I’ll show you guys a pic of later on.On the walk back, my Mr.Minx and I walked in to Party City and drooled over all the special fx makeup and props.
We didn’t see any costumes we went crazy for, which is really making us think about what we want to be for Halloween.
It’s gotta be something goooood.
I love Halloween and I can’t wait for it to get here already.
We ended up buying some colorful mustaches and had a fun walk home.
Everyone kept staring at us and laughing.
We even had a couple of kids come up to us, one little girl asked they were real, I responded by saying, yes, I grew it over night!Ivan looked great in a blue ‘stache that I ended up giving him.
And after getting some pizza Q and I were ready to go home and start our drinking game 🙂
Check out Q’s baby, Georgie, he’s such a monster! Our drinking game had us cracking up and yelling at the T.V. screen.
We placed mustaches on the screen and whenever the ‘stache landed right under someone’s nose,
Take a sip boo!

Three different places to go, and since one of these was last minute, as much as I tried, I couldn’t make one of the get togethers. I know everyone I know was excited and going crazy with Cinco de Mayo…. let me re-phrase that, I know everyone was going crazy with how much they would be drinking tonight. Oh, all the hangovers that would be happening in the morning!
Ari and I arrived, early… stuffed our faces with all the Dominicn food, pernil, chicken, lasagna, baked ziti, ensalada de costilla, arroz amarillo, ensalada de papa, oooooo… my spanish came out! excuuuuuse me! It was absolutely delicious, we grabbed a few beers while we watched everyone arrive.
Look at how cute the cake is… I was so pleased with all the primary colors and her carnival theme. No baby blue, which is so ordinary and boring. Glenny’s lateness was well worth it , because she looked fabulous! She’s definitely ready to pop!
I spent my of my time acting a fool and in catching up conversations with these two gorgeous ladies, Ilani and Jen. I also got to meet the handsome Angel, who we are constantly liking each other’s pictures on instagram =]
And of course, the love of my life, my little brother Jeremy. He is getting too big way too fast. He looked so polished in his collared shirts and slacks. After about 8 beers and stuffing myself with gummy bears, m&m’s and twizzlers, Ari and I headed out.
The High School Crew, every get together is always a good one, always a drunk one, always a story to tell.
As soon as I walk in , about 7 people not including myself are stuffed into the bathroom, while Chris is running a bubble bath.hahahaha I know… But wait, there’s more… As soon as someone knocks on the door to use the bathroom, none of us leave, we all turn around while the person uses the toilet. I hope no one has stage fright!
My outfit, hope you guys like.
