I haven’t seen Tanya in almost forever…okay, a couple of months, but that’s still pretty long. We decided to meet in Roosevelt Island, I think I’ve probably been there once on a school field trip when younger. We stayed close and tried not to roam too much, last thing we needed was to get lost especially since we were on a time budget.
The breeze was strong and our curls were flowing.
I loved catching up, I can’t wait until our next date.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve been to an art show, May to be exact (see that post HERE). It may not seem that far to you guys, but when your favorite past time involves networking with fellow artist friends, 4 months seems like a long time. I usually end up meeting with long time friend Phil, which is always great and we end up catching up on each other’s lives.
Street art has always caught my eye (especially since I come from a graffiti background) and Clarence Rich happened to do it just right. “The Bride” which is Frankenstein’s wife (above) was one of my favorite canvas works that happened to be there. She was posted right next to her hubby (which I failed to show you guys, sorry). Sourdzo and brother killed it on the stage, while Phil and I decided to hit a few books, that weren’t necessarily black. You know me, drawing boobs everywhere.
Goodnight, good vibes.
